Trash and Recyling Bin were put on Monday night evening like that have been for the last year for TUESDAY PICK-UP and our brown garbage bin which is FULL, was never picked up. I think it was accidentally missed. It is still curbside, please pick-up. I am SO SURPRISED, because this has never happened before.
