    The crosswalk button on the southwest corner of Grand and Blatchley doesn't work. No way to safely cross the street if you start on that corner.

    The solid white stop line going from Olive St onto Water St has been painted behind the sensors in the street. The light here will never change unless someone drives past the legally marked line.
