Owner has installed a giant for rent sign with out a permit.

This property owner continues to put illegal billboard size signs at this intersection. This corner looks terrible!

The home owner is continually ignoring the visits and citations to clean up the trash pile in the backyard and remove the blue tarp fence. Roswell has visited 4-5 times on this issue and still no lasting results. Please resolve this issue.

Blue tarp fence has been erected in side and rear of property. This is a code violation based on the city ordinances for fence construction.

Owner has a huge pile of yard waste and scrap metal piled in the backyard along Houze Rd. This has been reported in the past in the front yard and was moved to the backyard. They were again contacted by Roswell and have done nothing in several weeks to remove it. Please follow up on this problem.

Large steel plate is moving from original repair site and resulting in a dangerous road condition.

RDOT needs to modify center lane to allow for a second left turn lane. This would be a great improvement and reduce congestion.
