Traffic Light at Bridge Closure Archived41-75 3rd Avenue Rensselaer, New York - RensselaerWhy is the light at the intersection of Third St and Adams St still on the green & red phases? Since the bridge is closed traffic has only one direction to go. It should be either flashing red or yellow. By having the light go through the red and green phases the traffic backs up unnecessarily on Adams for cars turning left onto Third St. Please have this fix. Thank you.
