On exiting Green River Village to turn left toward the 91 freeway there is a lot of trash along the sides of the street and dead landscape that needs to be cleaned up. Perhaps the addition of a garbage can at the exit of the Starbucks parking lot going left toward the mobile home park would prevent drivers from throwing their trash out of the window.

Strong sewer smell at the cross streets of Norgate and Ingram in Green River Village. This often occurs very early in the morning, wakes me in the night it's such a strong smell even with windows closed. Smells like sewer gas, concerned for the health effects of breathing it! Please advise what it is and when it will be dealt with. Thank you.
