    this is ridiculous. Tuesday the street sweeper left MORE debris than they picked up...see images. WHAT is wrong with these machines? And it doesn't help that now they only come once a week. PLEASE tell DPW to use better trucks when clearing our streets.

    What good is resuming street sweeping when it is not enforced? It's nice to not get a ticket, but that allows lazy cars owners not to move their cars on those 2 days, which on my street means the sweeper wasn't able to clean ALL THE MESS that was left from melted snow. Please tell the PA to clean the street location mentioned here. It's disgusting.

    They are at it AGAIN. Yesterday at 5:30 am and today 6am, this LOUD sweeper truck woke me from a deep sleep. I thought they were going to abide the "quiet law" (no noise between 10pm - 7am). This contractor always reverts back to their devious ways and have no respect for the residents.

    Well here we go again. It was GREAT for awhile - they were coming at 7AM (within the quiet law of 10pm-7am), but today I was awoken from a sound sleep at 5:00AM! And get this, it wasn't the usual weekend day, but midweek! I KNEW this would happen once the 99 Ranch market opened.

    Please, HOW can we finally ticket them already? Seems that will be the only way for them to abide by the law. See my history - this is going on way too long.

    they are at it again. Sunday night at 10;30-11pm, BUT a new development - this morning at 6am, the loud sweeper outside my bedroom window (with it closed)! WHY can't they do this at a reasonable hour? It is only going to get worse when warmer weather permits open windows AND when the 99 Ranch Markets opens very soon. I have been fighting this same issue since I moved here in 2006!

    There is a big branch that is split and hanging by a thread near the power lines. Afraid it will fall and damage a parked car, or worse, a person walking by. It is to the left of the front of the 278 Monmouth St building.

    well it was Ok for a few weeks. They started coming around 8:30-9pm, then got later and later as time passed. Last night (this Sunday morning) they were out there again making noise at 1:30-2pm! Seems the owner and contractor think I am stupid and will forget, but I am not giving up this issue. it will only get WORSE once the new market opens.

    I have been battling this issue since moving here 10 yrs ago. The street sweeper that cleans the former Pathmark parking lot does so at unacceptable hours (between 1-2am). The truck is SO noisy that it wakes up residents in the middle of the night (those of us on Monmouth street at Bright, have bedrooms facing the parking lot). This happens EVERY Fri/Sat/Sun night (or I should say S/S/M early mornings). It is SO LOUD even with the windows closed. WHY do they need to do this at such a crazy hour, especially since the supermarket is not even open?!? What will happen when the new market is operating. Are they going to sweep at 3 am? They did so when PM was in business and I have made NUMEROUS complaints to the police, PM owner, MAC, and even called the contractor dispatching the truck - No resolution. I am sick of not being able to have a good night's sleep on the weekends b/c of a discourteous street sweeper. I believe there is a "quiet law" on the books that between 10pm-7am there can be no "construction, loud music, or noisy machinery" (including vehicles). Please HELP before the new store opens! FYI, here is the prior complaint I made 2 years ago with the RRC = W022343-080513.
