The southbound left hand turn sensor at Detroit and Aspen needs to be disabled while the traffic is shifted eastward. The west lane always trips the sensor, because traffic is always on top of it, even though it is really thru traffic. The result is the left hand turn signal is constantly triggered which in turn triggers the north and southbound lights, which means only a few cars can go through at a time.
