    I made several attempts to insert coins into the meter and the screen remained blank. Also, there wasn't a zone number located on the meter to pay park mobile.

    The meter accepts credit and coins and only 1/4 quarters were accepted. I would like a refund for the quarters that were inserted into the meter that didn't display the correct time.
