Has anyone lost a little brown friendly cocker spaniel-type dog? It had a collar, but no tag. It was friendly and looked well cared for, but none of the neighbors recognized the dog. I don't want it to get hit, but a police officer nearby said there is nothing they can do if it's not threatening or injured. Last seen at Eagle and Foster.
