    After more than a year of nobody living in this house and it falling apart this house was finally declared vacant in fall 2018. The owner (who lives elsewhere in the city) then came back in the middle of the night and removed that the vacant sign. Once again the yard is getting overgrown. And the house is still damaging our property due to a bad front porch roof etc. Please declare it vacant again. The owner said he planned on selling it but he will not do anything unless he has incentives to, like fines.

Because of this, for the first time in five years we have a mice issue in our house at 218 V St NE. The house at 220 V St. NE. must be taken care of. It is a health hazard to the neighborhood.
