The City's tree limbs on northside of #27 Howard Ave. property + #33 Howard Ave. property line are encroaching upon the 2nd floor + top roof of the #27 residence. Some limbs over the sidewalk are dead and cause a safety concern for pedestrians/students attending the school on So Water St. Also, city tree limbs on southside of #27 + #19 Howard Ave. property line has dead limbs over the sidewalk and encroaching over #27 driveway.
