There are no 25mph warning signs as required by the NTMP. If this omission is due to the speed limit being 25mph, be advised that the first hump encountered after turning off of Six Forks precedes any speed limit sign whatsoever.

The city's own traffic count was 4,120, so speed humps should never have been considered. These public nuisances should be removed immediately.
