    This is not a street cut, but a noisy manhole cover. I posted this as a public issue, but the city did not acknowledge, so hoping to get it to the proper authorities with this category. This manhole is loose and clangs every time a car goes over it making a lot of noise in our community.
  • 544-598 South State Street Chicago, Illinois - Loop
    The manhole cover on state street in the south-bound lane, in the intersection at state/harrison is making a noise every time a car runs over it. This happens thousands of times a day and dozens of times a minute during peak traffic periods. It disrupts our sleep and our kids sleep. In the picture it is circled in orange.
