    There is a lovely curb under that ivy. I have cleaned both sides of road up to curb. My storm water taxes should be used to keep these drains open and free of ivy blackberry and winter sanding material. As an almost-daily bicyclist thru this area I would like a bigger shoulder and no standing water. Please do your job and cut back that ivy and clean the shoulder to the curb. Thank you.
