    unable to see the speed limit sign. it is placed in a poor place where most cars can't see it as they come speeding from Cleveland to Jefferson Ter onto E Forrest. East Forrest experiences a multitude of speeders. For 6 blocks, up to Harris its the only speed limit sign. and it is not even visible. That needs to change. Thank you in advance.

    There is no signage driving from Norman Berry onto Cleveland warning for the possibility of pedestrians. Also the street does not have proper markings. Essentially you have a blind corner with the possibility of a pedestrian being severely injured at best.
