water running like a river down Mar Monte Court, down onto Redwood Street, eventually running into water grate. Looks like a broken water pipe

between 1901-1807 Redwood Street, water is coming out of drains 24-7...you can see the moss growing in the gutter from constant drainage...water draining west toward Broadway Street

I reported this water leak a year ago, and just recently reported it again. I received a call from someone at water department named Roger who informed me that a letter was sent to the owner of the center, who lives on the East coast. According to a response, the owner blamed the landscaper who may have set the timer wrong or needs to reset. The leak is clearly visible at three o'clock in the afternoon, with water running down the driveway into the grate covering the city sewer lines. Since we have water usage regulations since 2013 that are posted in the office of the city engineers, I suggest that the next phase of notification be the penalty that has been mandated. This might get the attention of the land owner.

I notified this site last year, and there was a time when SeeClickFix said the issue had been resolved. It never was and is not. I have a picture on my iPhone of the water leak that is ongoing 24-7 in this driveway. My name is Carole Tarantino, 165 Manzanita Drive, phone 707-567-4321 and I would be happy to go with the maintenance supervisor to see this ignorant use of water. The picture I have was taken 9/27 at 3:00 PM with water draining down the driveway. It is this way every day.The water drains down into a grated sewer cover on Tuolumne Street. Can something be done, Please?

nearly everyday there is water running down the Tuolumne Street driveway that leads to FoodMaxx and other stores in this shopping center. The grass all around there is always green and the water runs off into the city drain on Tuolumne Street. I reported this to public works two weeks ago. Whoever owns Flemingtowne Center is not aware that we are in a drought and it is ok to have a brown lawn. The plants throughout the parking lot seem to be drought-resistant as I do not see water run-off there

the sidewalk belonging to 1601 Redwood STreet house runs up Manzanita Drive, alongside their back yard. The sidewalk is not clear and presents a slipping hazard when walking there or exiting a car from the passenger side. Neighbors also walk their dogs and do not clean up after them so the shrubbery covering the sidewalk is messy. The oleander trees hang over the sidewalk, also.

When exiting Hiway 80East onto Redwood Street offramp, cars are not advised that they may not cross over the solid white line to move left; there is no sign advising them, nor any sign while turning right to go over the overpass that they need to be in the left lane to take the Hiway 80 West toward SF...not enough information signs, esp. one saying that a car may not cross solid white line to change lanes. Some cars come to a complete stop, thereby backing up traffic onto Hiway 80 East right turn lane...this is and has been an extreme hazard at some times. Need to have signs on Hiway 80 East stating that there is no left turn to enter Shell Service Station, nor left turn onto Redwood Parkway...drivers should be notified nearing Redwood Parkway exit that gas is available from that off-ramp only.
