    The timing of the traffic lights for the 12/14th street freeway exit is not set correctly for the morning commute. Only 5-7 cars can get through before the light turns red. This is causing a huge backup onto hwy 980. This has been happening since the start of the week.

    Homeless encampment has moved back to the park this morning. They keep flip flopping from being under the freeway to the park. Can something more permanent be done about this?

    There is a large homeless encampment at the back of the park. They are a few hundred feet away from a child care facility. There maybe sanitary issues as they have dogs and unsure if dog feces is picked up after dogs.
