I don't believe the residents at 614 Welsh are responsible for this mess....it was the best way to give you an idea where the location of this trash is.

I'm not sure if it's a resident getting their yard ready for spring, or one of the construction crews on Welsh dumping their trash, but I just don't think it's right for our sanitation crews to be expected to get out with a shovel and clean up these massive piles of dirt - one shovel at a time. Also, trash is just being piled on top of the dirt.

Maybe this is something the sanitation crews do, manually scoop up this type of trash, it just doesn't seem fair to them to have to do that because someone is too lazy to do it themselves. Thanks.

There are several homes on Welsh that are undergoing extensive renovations. The workers are piling their trash on the corner of Welsh Avenue and Bell Street, and have been doing so for several weeks.

There are houses across the street who are having to look at this ever growing pile of debris and hopefully the city can hold the contractors accountable for cleaning up their mess on a regular basis.

Two Veo bikes were left in the vacant lot behind this residence three weeks ago....right on Fairview. They're still there.

Residents consistently leave their trash cans in the street, never pulling the cans up to their house. Today is Monday, our trash won't be picked up until Thursday. In addition, the residents place the cans on the street, creating a traffic hazard as they are blocking a part of Welsh Avenue

This issue has been reported before. The residents continually put their overflowing trash cans out on the street after the sanitation truck has already picked up the trash so they leave it on the street. There's four full trash cans with trash scattered around the cans.

In addition, parking is allowed on the opposite side of the street so the cans create an obstacle course for anyone trying to turn onto Welsh Street off of Holleman.

Multiple trash cans left on the street (some for several weeks) from Welsh Street to Holleman. Since tomorrow is home game day and the neighborhood will fill up with cars with street parking, can y'all remind the residents they need to bring their trash cans in? Some of them are full of trash. I just looked out on my back deck and saw a fox on my patio. It took off in the direction of Brison Park. 9:30 pm.

What a shock! Neighbors have been talking about their cats going missing, this might be why. Just giving y'all a heads up, I have no idea how one goes about trapping a fox in a neighborhood.

This very full trash can has been sitting out on the curb for nearly a month...I'm not sure what the issue might be, but it's been there for a very long time. It would be very accessible from the street for our sanitation guys to empty it. Thanks!

Trash has been thrown behind this apartment complex and has been there for over a week, all of it loose trash just lying on the ground. It's a mess and very unsightly on a major street.

This entire lot is overgrown with weeds and debris. Very unsightly.

Construction trash dumped in this vacant lot nearly a month ago.

There are several houses under construction on Hereford Street, between Holleman and Luther Street. Builder is making no effort to clean up the debris and there is trash in the back yard, neighbors yards and the street.

These 3 trash cans have been sitting on the curb for well over a month. The residents bring their trash out to the cans in the street, making no attempt to bring them up to the house/garage per city's code.

My neighbors are still gone for the Christmas holiday and yesterday, their landlord had a mail box installed literally right on the street. They do have a mailbox on the side of their front door.

Several concerns....is this mailbox in the city right away and most importantly, as close as it is to the street, their mail can easily be stolen.

And while it's not the city's problem, as much on the street parking as there is, it'll get knocked over when the students come back. Thanks so much.
