Catch Basin has risen and left a 2 inch deflection in the sidewalk. My wife tripped on this deflection and severely hurt both hands and slpit her eye open. Very Dangerous.

Southbound Walk Symbol (Little Man) is not lighting. Do Not Walk (Red Hand) is operational in same signal light.

The Storm Drain outflow into Bear Creek has become clogged with debris, could cause problems in the future.

Advance warning cabling is popping up through road surface and becoming damaged. 108 Street Northbound "Left Turn Lane"

Sidewalk extremely deteriorated at Bus Stop. Very uneven and even an old driveway entrance. Possibly replace

Trffic Signal Service Boxes have sunk down in turn median and are creating a tripping hazard. Metal lids are deteriorated and could cause a foot trap if stepped on.

Sidewalk is lifting in one section and creating a 2 inch difference in heights of sidewalk

Storm Drain left open . Lid totally off Pick left in lid. South and west of CN Railway tracks on 108 Street

on The Northeast corner of the intersection of 84 Ave. and 99 Street, someone has painted half of the east west walk signal black. I thought some of the LED's were burnt out but upon closer inspection, it looks like the plexiglas cover is covered with black paint.
