    On west bound Forest Hill Ave at the intersection with Westover Hills Blvd, the left turn light is malfunctioning. During the light cycle, it always turns green irrespective of whether or not there is a car actually waiting to turn left. The left turn light on the east bound lane of Forest Hill only turns green when there is a car present, as do both of the left turn lanes on Westover Hills Blvd at the same intersection. Please fix, thank you.
