    I called Clark construction and asked them to clean up the area and put up no trespassing signs. They ignored my requests. We feel unsafe walking thru here at night because of the increased number of people living on the street. We saw two people having sex under the construction barrier.

    The rules on these signs specifically say no posting on trees. This sign is duct taped to this tree and copies on others. Violators are told they will be fined
