    Hello. Consumers Energy repaired a gas leak outside my residence. Consumers was required to breakup a section of the sidewalk to make the repairs. Gravel was placed over the walk way as a replacement. Over the weekend, a person in a wheel chair got stuck in the gravel. Can I have this reviewed and addressed (new concrete)?
