We had a water main break over 1 month ago. First we lost water pressure due to water meter damage that took a week to get replaced. I had 3 other calls into city to get street cleaned but no action has been done. I think I have been more than patient with this issue. As you can see, all the dirt and sand settle in front of my house. Oh yeah, I put that report in 4 years ago but I guess that one just gets pushed aside and now I have to deal with dam mess. It's been over a month we've been dealing with this mess, it's up my drive, all over my cars, it's getting tracked into our house. This is just ridiculous!!! I find it hard to believe that the city does not have the manpower for 2 guys to open a fire hydrant and wash this mess into the drain. Leave a fire hose on my porch and I will do it myself. We should not have to deal with this.

I am inquiring about issue #2846212 from 8/28/2016. Its been 2 years and nothing has been done about this issue. It is getting worse. I have been waiting and waiting for something to be done so i can proceed with replacing by driveway and approach. I do not want to sink all this money into my driveway if there is constantly going to be a swamp at the end of it. In the past 2 years there has been quite a bit of street slabs being replaced all around my neighbor and, quite honestly, in front of my house is worst than some that have been replaced. There is grass growing in the cracks on my street. My driveway is in desperate need to be replaced, it is pitching toward my house, but i do not want to do it until i know my approach will not be constantly cover with ice and water.

    Thank You,

I moved in to this house 17 years and had called on this issue many of times and nothing seems to be done. Water will not drain past my house to manhole 2 houses down. in winter this is a big problem because water sits in front of my drive and builds up to about a foot thick and i have to go out and pick it away. Summertime is worse. Water sits in front and turns into a swamp of smelly disgusting water if i dont go out and wash and push it to the sewer at lest once a week. A month ago we had a water main break 3 houses up stream. at first the city try wash the sand and dirt to manhole about 4 or 5 times. of course, the dirt and sand stops at my drive and builds up and every time we pull in driveway dirt and sand goes up the drive. i have been out twice so far in the pst 2 weeks , along with neighbors helping me, to push sand to manhole using hoses and brooms. this morning i have to do it again because of the reain water pushed in front of drive again. I just dont know how much longer i can keep doing this. I just dont understand who determines what and where street repairs get done. Since i have been living here, street repairs, have been done on my street and streets around my house probably around a dozen times but never in front of my house where it is need. the cracks are so bad that grass and weeds grow in them and i have to apply weed killer a couple times a month. Could someone at least respond to this issue and let me know why other streets are getting repaired and never mine. I dont thjink i should have to clean my streets once a week and pay for the water i have to use. PLEASE HELP These pictures were taken 1 month after watermain break, after city tried cleaning 4 times and after i cleaned 2 times.
