There is a dog barking all day long. The dog is being left outside for many hours alone each day. This has been going on for weeks.

There was a heat wave recently and the dog was left outside alone every day. It stands to reason that once the weather turns cold, the dog will be dumped outside then too.

The barking is coming from behind 20 Prospect Street. The dog needs to be kept inside the house!
