Rise in drain ditch causes storm water to backup and flood private homes adjacent to drain. Rise needs to be graded and weed growth cleared. This is area managed by department of parks. Have complained about this previously to no avail. Scary that damage to my home will cause a lawsuit to be filed.

Weeds are growing blocking water from easily getting in to the drainage sewer. Also, there is a rise in the drain so that water backs up onto the adjacent properties when there is a hard rain.
