This car has been parked on the street (public street) next to my house for over a week. I did not see it dropped off and I have not seen anyone around it or driving it. I don't believe it belongs to any of my neighbors. I'm just concerned that the vehicle may be abandoned for some reason.

Dog Owner at this address leaves for work around 6:30 am. On the days that she works, she puts her dog outside at 5:15 am and he barks, continuously, until 6:10 or 6:15 am when she stands on her porch, claps her hands and loudly call for her dog to come in. I have reported this issue before. She, and her dog, have awoken me at 5:15 am for the last 2 mornings. Sec. 5-9. - Noisy animals.

Neighbor at 312 has a huge overgrowth behind her shed of pokeweed. Pokeweed is a poisonous plant and the berries from her tree are dropping into my yard. Section 27-93 of the city ordinance says 'It shall be unlawful and a nuisance, in violation of this article, for the owner of any real property situated within the corporate limits of the city to allow such real property to become overgrown with tall grass, or with any weed or plant such as jimson, burdock, ragweed, cocklebur or other weed of like kind, or any weed or plant bearing wings or downy seeds, or any weed or plant that is otherwise noxious, dangerous, harmful or poisonous." I started complaining about this issue 2 months ago and it has not been resolved. Every part of the pokeweed plant is poisonous to mammals. I don't want to reach over her fence to remove it because the juice from the plant, which is poisonous, can be dermally absorbed. Birds carry the berries all over the neighborhood. Children are attracted to the berries on the plant and even a few berries can kill a toddler. Why isn't someone acting on this complaint?
