    Between the firestation and Dobbs Ave., but ACROSS the street.
    The bush is between house numbers 2163 and 2157.
    Joggers from the high school, walkers, etc. cannot be seen.
    I call every summer and the city comes and trims it low. (If the root were to be pulled up, it wouldn't keep coming back, please. I drive by daily. It is a blind spot.
