    Hello. My leaves have been sitting at the curb for a month and a half now. The first collection dates for my neighborhood were Dec 19-30, then they were revised to Jan 23-28. It's now Jan 30 and they're still there. Will our neighborhood ever be serviced, or will I have to bag them all and put them out six bags a week for the trash collection to pick up like last year? Public services in this city are awful, even though I pay my taxes every damn year. Thank you.

    Hello, I've requested pick up of tree debris in front of my house, but so far, no dice. The branches came down in the freak storm that rolled thru in late July. I would be willing to pay the $50 special pick up fee if someone from the city would just come remove it. Please let me know if this can be done? Many thanks.

    I have a large pile of tree limbs on my curb that came down in the big storm a few weeks ago. My agreement with the people who cut them up was that they'd return to remove them, but I cannot get them to respond, though I've called them plenty of times. I'm sure my neighbors aren't happy about the mess. Is this something I could have the city come to collect? Thank you very much!
