    The underground utilities installed across the street from my home have created a violent shaking effect any time a heavy vehicle drives past. This is an issue for my home and the surrounding homes near the corner of Swain and New Bern Ave. The shaking caused by this underground (water or sewer is my assumption) is enough to shake the house, wake me up at night, and may be causing drywall issues in my home via cracks and nail pops. It is very inconvenient and costly for us to repair the in home issues these vibrations may be causing.
