    Yesterday, when the yard waste was picked up, the regular truck with the mechanical arm was not used to pick up the yard waste but rather 2 people manually picked up the barrels and dumped them into the back of the truck. This caused a large crack through the lid of my yard waste tipper barrel. Can you please replace the broken lid. Thank you.

    Yard waste on my street has not been picked up in 2 weeks. This is the second occurance in the last 4 weeks. Has the pickup schedule changed or has the driver missed our street. Please make sure you have someone pick up the yard waste today. My neighbors and I have our brown barrels out the night before.
