    Deferred maintenance. This owner has done nothing to his yard in years. There are 6-8" covering the entire back yard. There are gas cans and the tenant is a smoker. I have seen several different kinds of rodents, possum, skunk and several rats. He has been approached several times saying all kinds of things that shouldn't be repeated. I spoke with him myself yesterday and he was verbally abusive and I felt like he was going to get violent. So I am hoping you can help. Thank you.
