    Possibly unpermitted asbestos abatement operation has a diesel generator in the front yard running 24 hours a day emitting overpowering fumes and constant noise and creating a major neighborhood nuisance. There's also a large portapotty in the front yard. How has this work been approved? No one has approached or consulted the neighbors.

    Sinkhole near sewer manhole and next to sidewalk, possible tripping hazard. Needs to be backfilled and plugged. We asked exterminator if this was an animal hole and he said no, it's erosion leading to a larger hole underneath. To make sure he had us put flour in and around hole and monitor it a couple of times a day for two weeks and no pawprints or other evidence of any animal.
