    The pedestrian light on the Morrison Pkwy does not change consistently, therefore pedestrian cannot always determine when to cross, especially since the traffic can turn left on green light from Haynes Bridge onto Morrison. Very dangerous situation for pedestrians. There should not be a turn left on green light option at that corner.

    Between 400 and Old Alabama Road –
    Fallen limbs and debris blocking the sidewalk creating hazard for pedestrians and mobility units.
    Overgrown limbs bowing down in the face of pedestrians causing one to walk in street or bend over to avoid the limbs. SB Haynes Bridge Road: grass overgrown preventing pedestrians from walking on one side of street. Need to complete sidewalks on both sides of Haynes Bridge Road.
