    1847 Montrose has a large pile of yard debris sitting at the curb (next to the telephone pole).

    I reported the issue last week and A Carter drove by yesterday and apparently did not see it and closed the case.

    The pile is still there next to the pole. It has been there for over two weeks because it's not bagged and waste management won't pick it up as is. The house is vacant, so someone needs to notify the owner.
