    The home at 9108 mescalero is still not in code. The variance the homeowner applied for was denied. The wall is at 46" and code is 36". The common wall between our property, Ms. Gonzales added an additional 3' without my permission. The wall is now leaning and could potentially be hazardous.

    An approximately 500 gallon tank was buried in the backyard. There was no permit issued for this tank. Want to be sure that the community is safe and no contaminates are affecting our neighborhood.

    I am the home owner at 9104 mescalero ne my elderly parents live in the residence. The owner at 9108, added a 3 foot brick wall on top of the common wall. I asked to see permit for this she did not have one nor did the company putting up the wall. I told them that they did NOT have my permission to add on to the common wall. The wall now is approximately 6 foot high on my side and is falling over. It is an accident wait to happen. This wall needs to be removed due to its a common wall and work was done without permit or following code requirements.

    Camper parked in front yard. It's awful to look out your windows and have to see this. We pay storage for our recreational vehicles so that they are not parked in our yards.
