    Vehicles exiting the parking and business areas at 1701 Aspen Ave NW do not yield or stop for traffic on Aspen and Timber. Was almost hit by an aggressive driver in a black Dodge RAM pickup yesterday who was exiting onto Aspen Ave and seemed convinced that they had the right away. This has happened multiple times.
