Large 12 in pothole had developed again in middle of street front of 50 Bennett Ave right on the edge of a previous sewer pipe repair there is a shallow foot or two from pavement to fill Cones placed but now missing car tires are going to get damaged Need something done ASAP

Originally reported as issue 5209 and shown as completed. We have not heard from anyone nor had anyone checked this. Please advise the tree was planted too close to our sidewalk creating this hazard

What is the Towns responsibility after planting a tree too close to our sidewalk which now has created a tripping Hazard the tree has grown and lifted the sidewalk creating this issue.

Second Request. Almost 2 months since 1st issue reported. Tree branches are laying on electrical wires. Branches need to be trimmed ASAP

Tree in front of 50 Bennett Ave needs to be trimmed Branches are sitting on the electrical and cable wires to our house. Yesterday’s storm had these branches flapping hard on these wires

Tree in front of 50 Bennett Ave is losing its leaves, which continue to fall over our sidewalk and property, This tree should be thriving and blooming but continues to lose leaves, pix shows something is eating the leaves. The tree is very bare someone needs to look at it.

As u walk on Kearny Ave from 758-784 Kearny Ave u have to duck so u don’t get hit in ur face with these low hanging tree branches These trees need to be trimmed. Also why don’t u give the cleanup guy who walks the avenue a tree pruning stick so he can clear the way

Bennett Ave to Argyle street is a mess also as a homeowner at 50 Bennett Ave we spent thousands of dollars to repair lateral sewer pipe in street (homeowner responsibility)and potholes and sinkholes developed next to the repair. Vehicles traveling east on Bennett are hitting them where eventually an accident or something else is going to happen someone needs to look at this
