Noise problem. The construction occurring in the apartment building is extending past business hours. It is currently Monday at 7:50 pm and I can hear hammering, power tools, smashing of glass and debris as they are thrown out the building window (several pieces of debris have also landed in my yard). The construction has been non-stop all day (all year). It usually begins around 7 AM and ends around 6 pm but recently they have been continuing to make excessive noise until 8pm or 9 pm. Is there anything that can be done?
