The City owned tree that continues to drop large limbs onto the road and sidewalk areas needs to come down. In addition, the City neglected to remove the huge limbs that fell last year that are in the front yards of 814 and 816 W 29th St. They came by & only cut the limbs that were blocking the sidewalk. What is the deal?

Several tree branches are hanging over the westbound side of Riverside Drive. The branches scrape you're car unless you get into the oncoming traffic lane to keep from getting scraped.

The properties on the shared 29th Street alley that intersects at New Kent Avenue have overgrowth from their property that block the right of way of the alley. The two main properties are 800 W 29th and 801 W 30th Streets have the largest amount of overgrowth (802 W 29th and 803 W 30th also contribute). The overgrowth is scratching vehicles using the alley and the trash bins are also blocking the right way. You must manuver around the obstacles to get through. I posted a friendly sign on their back fences requesting the growth be cut back, to no avail. Also the overgrowth took off the side mirror on a vehicle while trying to manuver through the alley at night. Is it possible for the City to send the property owners notice of the issue?

I requested assistance a few months ago and was told it would be reported to another department and they had up to 180 days to respond or take action. With all the rain, the alley is overgrown even more since then (overgrown brush scratches your vehicle when driving through). Also the lack of gravel has resulted in deep mud in sections of the alley. I slipped in the mud last week but caught myself by grabbing the car door handle.
