At the intersection of Holden Street and West Park Street in Providence, RI 02908 heading north on Holden Street the stop sign at the intersection has been twisted around so that it can barely be seen. Also, an overhanging branch is partially hiding it. Cars are racing through the stop oblivious to its existence and causing a dangerous situation for people crossing the street and drivers getting into their cars at the curb.

At the intersection of Calais St. and West Park Street in Providence, RI there are two potholes forming that are already pretty big and getting bigger with chunks of tar coming up regularly. These holes will be unbearable if winter sets in before they can be fixed.

On Holden Street in Providence heading north at the intersection with Brownell Street a deep and growing pot hole exists. It is at the crest of a hill and is hard to see and many cars, incuding mine, have hit it.

On Holden Street heading north at the corner with West Park Street,
the stop sign has been bent inwards and cannot be seen. It is a four-way stop and many cars heading north on Holden run right through the intersection.

There is a growing trash dump on Okie Street, between Calverly and Bath Streets, 02908. It is near the Narragansett Bay Commission site. It is growing. Can Providence DPW clean it up? It is overflowing from the sidewalk into the street.
