I am wondering if raw sewage is entering drains and running into head of the harbor,we are experiencing brown water and sewer smells in this area.I would request that the drain be monitored for sewer leaks,please advise

lots of pot hole up and down the street

pot holes in street in need of filling just before my entrance in street.There are a couple deep ones,hazzard for walkers and cars
