Tonight, 4/11/13 there were a total of 8 (EIGHT) lights not working, evenly distributed on all 6 tennis courts.
Since the new seasons started and RIOC's first concern was to collect money from RI residents for permits, RIOC should at least provide decent playing conditions and well maintained tennis courts.
    Please replace those lights asap.
    Thank you

This is how tennis courts looked tonight.
RIOC's promise that they will maintain the courts is not happening.

Because my bedroom window faces Island House courtyard, quite often I wake up in the middle of the night because of the noise made by different individuals who choose to congregate at midnight in Island House courtyard, making noise, arguing, yielding, or just talking out loud on their phones. Every time this happens I call Public Safety who sends (sometimes very fast, sometimes with considerable delays) their officers to clean the place and sent those noisy individuals to their homes.
Because sometimes the very same individuals gather inside this court yard few days later, and the story repeats, is it possible that Public Safety issues some sort of penalties, fines, summons, etc to those who disturb residents sleeping in the middle of the night, because just friendly asking them to leave seams not to be very effective.

In a recent post about tennis courts, RIOC indicated that :

"We take pride in maintaining the Island, as the tennis season is in full bloom the courts will be one of our top priorities.
    RIOC"

However, on Tuesday , 5/29/12 this is how the tennis courts looked like - see attached.

Court 4 was particularly full of bird droppings - that needs to be washed (the ball touches droppings, hand touches ball, etc)

It seems that a new "private" parking was opened for a few "selected" people, who park their vehicles every day, by the swimming pool area in Island House - see attached.
Since I live in that building, I would very much like to park my car here also.

Every single day, the Island Hose courtyard becomes a meeting place for skateboarders who exercise their skills.
The noise made by those skateboarders jumping every possible steps inside the Island House courtyard, is amplified by sound reflections from the surrounding walls.
Is there a way Public Safety can provide a quitter environment for tenants of Island House, by enforcing a NO SKATEBOARD ZONE inside Island House courtyard?
