    On the exit from 94 Eastbound to 5th street near the intersection with Smith Street there is a street sign that indicates the turn lanes and direction arrows. It is on the SW side of 5th. The street sign is loose and hanging upside down.

    The street marking here (Eagle Parkway, heading downhill South-SouthEast as it intersects with Exchange) have completely worn away making it very unclear which lanes proceed forward and which are for turning right or left. I've seen several near crashes here in the morning. The downhill slope exacerbates things since people are generally picking up speed. Please repaint the street markings or otherwise improve the traffic flow signage.

    The tree in front of the stop sign on the north west corner here is blocking the stop sign from southbound traffic. People are regularly blowing through the intersection without stopping.

    There is a considerable pothole at the junction between the asphalt road the concrete freeway exit. This makes getting in the right hand turn lane quite treacherous.

    There's a pretty significant hole in the southbound bike lane on Park Street, just north of University.

    The hole is small but deep and makes be think that the ground underneath the road is eroding somehow.
