grass is over growing, city came out and cut some of the bush by fire hydrant and made it look worst, the yard is home to groundhogs, there is a raccoon family living in the yard and possums have been seen coming from the yard at night. No one has touched this property at all this year except for putting boards over the doors and windows. Scared that one of these animals will bite a kid or someone's pets and give them rabies.
