we asked the owner to leash him, they did but just went to the other side and started tossing a ball off leash again. huge dog. this is the 3rd one off leash i've aeen today, and typically see a few every visit. is there any enforcement plan for leasing dogs? ive been bit by off leash dogs in the past and my toddler has witnessed attacks here in this park before.
