Handicapped parking spot, city took two years to issue handicapped parking spot, sent and hand lived application 3 time, several months stopped at office and was told I hand to be patient it in doctor review, question this as several of my doctors sent details medical records, but was told it had to reviewed by the city doctor, again after several months stopped by offices and was told I needed to be patient you know this winter we have a lot of bad weather. Then again in the summer stopped by and was told i had to give it some time, its summer and many people are on vacation. By the 21st month I counted the ward councilman, who foreword seventh emails he sent to Patrica login, yet she never answered his email. I must also say during all these month now 22, I left well over 40 messages on her phone and not once did ANYONE contact me! In the 23rd month after consent calls,e-mails, and no calls from P.L., I was told they misplaced my application and told me I had to send back more information which I did. I only guess that my application sat on someone's desk for two years! Am I done not! I only guess when you have a city job, make a great salary, have a city car, leave work around 3pm, have over three weeks vacations, and can't be bothered to constantly harassed someone waiting for a heart transplant due to his heart is only 8%! I can only guess she has no heart or sole! I will gladly take the job at 50% less of her salary and much less vacation as well as working 4 or 5 hour days!
