Area located under steps from Mountain Rd needs to be cleaned and weeds cut.

Please make sure the circle at Franklin and Hope gets plowed during this storm! This area is neglected during every single storm leaving residents to have to dangerously drive on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic to exit the building. We would like to be able to exit safely without worry of being hit head on!

Circle at bottom of Mountain Rd by Franklin St and Hope St in front of 100 Paterson Plank Rd never gets plowed
Please make sure this area gets plowed so that residents may enter and exit our building safely
As you can see the map location is not updated to show the circle which has been in effect here for at least 10 years

Franklin/Hope St at the bottom of Mountain Rd needs to be plowed. This section of Jersey City never gets plowed after snow storms causing sever ice conditions and dangerous travel for the residents of the building whose entrance/exit is in this location. During the last several storms we have called, emailed and even stopped City plows to no avail!
Please make sure this area is plowed and salted this time before someone gets hurt

Traffic signals between 18th Street and Tunnel entrance along Jersey Ave need to be properly set. With the addition of several apartment buildings it has now become impossible to safely cross the street or attempt to make left turns to go to Hoboken. Most days during rush hours it takes 5-7 traffic light rotations to get through the light as traffic on Jersey Ave blocks the intersections

All American Recycling has not shoveled or put any salt down... Sidewalk is already a sheet of ice forcing pedestrians to walk in the street along Paterson Plank Rd

Several of the side walks leading to the steps up to Mountain Rd are cracked, broken and falling apart

Traffic lights are horrible here due to light rail. Several tractor trailers a day drive down the wrong side of Paterson Plank Rd in order to turn into recycling center and then run the red light to make left as they leave. Someone is going to die here because of this

The area under the steps leading from Mountain Rd to Paterson Plank Rd is disgusting. There are tall weeds and trash. This is my 3rd complaint about this issue and nothing has been done at all!!!

Paterson Plank Rd along the cliffs side has over grown bushes and shrubs that are blocking the view of a driveway used by several hundred people. Being that drivers can not see the driveway they tend to tailgate those trying to utilize the driveway almost causing several accidents a week. However when the shrubbery and bushes are cut back, you can clearly see an entrance

Lot located under the steps from Ogden Ave to Paterson Plank Rd is disgusting. It has 4-5 foot high weeds and tons of garbage strewn about. We are constantly having to beg for this area as well as directly across the street (pedestrian staircase located next to recycling plant) to be cleaned.
This week with the high humidity it smells like a garbage dump!
When will this area be put on a normal clean up schedule? It has been 2 years now since the steps opened and the city still is not doing their part to maintain and clean this area!!
