The Gentleman at 7105 McCoy has no regard for others'personal property and walks behind or on the side of his dog without a leash and watches while the dog deficates on someone else's property and when admonished by the homeowner just shrugs his shoulders. The area behind and to the right of his property is not common ground #1 and #2 the dog should not be without a leash. # 3 the police have been called and were told that even if we had a picture of the dog doing thid they could not do anything. What can be done about this?

There is n island on silverheel which makes a sharp lane change and is especially hard to see at night would appreciate if you could put a reflective paint on the curb so people could effectively see the sudden lane change
