EBMUD came out and stated it was not potable water and found high ammonia levels in the water. They stated it was most likely a sewer leak from the city's sewer line. The amount of water also decrease and increases throughout the day which also made EBMUD suspect a sewage leak.Can you please investigate

To date it appears no efforts have been made to repair or address the open section of guardrail in a sharp turn on Skyline Blvd.
