for the love of God, please change the timing of the light on 440 & Communipaw. this is insanity to deal with during the morning and evening rush. we understand these lights are controlled by the state. please advocate for us!!!!

the traffic light at the intersection of communipaw and 440 needs to be adjusted. it is having an unbelievable ripple effect on the roads and is unnecessarily creating traffic and backup. Please address these valid and legitimate concerns.

the timing of the traffic light at this intersection must be adjusted. the timing was adjusted to help manage traffic better when the Pulaski skyway underwent the major construction overhaul several years ago. now that the Pulaski skyway construction is complete the lights have never been adjusted. communipaw is an absolute and utter nightmare especially during the morning and even Rush hour. it makes absolutely no sense that this traffic light cause a backup from 440 all the way up to Delaware avenue and sometimes West side avenue. this needs to be revisited and readjusted to the timing prior to the Pulaski skyway construction. the traffic will only get worse with the ongoing development and construction especially with the several hundred units planned on communipaw at the site of the Old Al's diner. this light has domino effect on traffic throughout the rest of the city including 440 itself which has several thousand units of additional development coming up over the years including bayfront.

an absolute joke of a business and a neighbor. they have been reported several times for the their garbage being all over the sidewalk or their weeds overgrowing and not being cut. this business owner is BAD for the neighborhood.

this sign has been at this location, corner of communipaw and kennedy, for a few weeks and it's not on. it hasn't displayed any messages on a few weeks. it's positioning, where it takes half of a lane creates an insane amount of traffic throughout the day, especially during rush hour. please remove this sign.

trash was not picked up last night on Nunda (off Communipaw)

People collecting trash/recycling recklessly fling cans/bins and create a mess in the process and just leave it behind. Here they dropped all the cans/bottles on the floor after they spilled it and just walked away from it.
